Questions we get every day

The short answers.

Am I paying more than the official entry?

No. You pay the rate the race publishes, the same one on the card. Where a race prices in tiers, you get the tier that is live right now.

When do I get my bib?

Within 24 hours of the request you get a confirmation email with your bib number. From there you can look yourself up on the race's own list.

Is the bib in my name?

Yes. The entry is made with your details and you appear under your own name on the start list. We don't hand over someone else's bib.

Can I pick any distance?

You can pick from the same distances the official registration offers, no more and no less. Single-distance races show a single option.

Why do the IRONMAN prices look so specific?

Because they are all-in. IRONMAN splits its entry into a race fee and a processing fee, and we show you the total you would pay on ironman.com, down to the cent.

Can the price change between my request and my bib?

Tiered races go up on fixed dates, never without warning. If a tier turns over before we place your entry, we tell you before charging anything and you decide.

What if there's no spot in the end?

You get the full amount back. Nothing is charged until the spot is confirmed, and if it falls through afterwards the refund is complete and automatic.

Do you cover November races?

The New York City Marathon, Indianapolis Monumental and the rundisney Wine & Dine weekend are next on the list. Drop us a line and we'll let you know the moment they move.
