Questions about the bib
Is this the bib I wear on race day?
It's the preview of your entry with the number the race assigned you. The printed bib, with the chip, is handed to you by the race at packet pickup.
When does my number show up?
As soon as the race confirms the transfer, within 24 hours of the order. Until then the box stays marked pending and we email you.
Can I download it and share it?
Yes, the button saves it as a high-resolution PNG. It's yours, show it wherever you like.
Who can see my details?
Only you. Your name is encrypted with a key derived from your own email, so the lookup only works with the email you bought with.
